Check-In: is from 2 p.m. o´clock. You should arrive by 11:00 PM (if this is not possible, please call).
Check-out: Your room will be available until 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
Room bill: We ask that you settle your bill the evening before.
Day spa access is available on the day of departure upon request. A charge of €30.00 applies.
Meals
Our 3/4 gourmet board includes:
- A rich breakfast buffet from 7:30 to 10:00 a.m.
- An afternoon snack (direct booking benefit) from 3:30 to 5:00 p.m. Cold dishes of the day, salad buffet, homemade cakes.
- A five-course dinner from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. with salad buffet, creamy soup, first course, second course, and dessert.
- We always offer a vegetarian alternative.
- Drinks are not included.
If you follow a lactose-free and/or gluten-free diet, please inform us when you make your booking or a few days before arrival.
SPA
Our wellness area is designed so that you can enjoy complete tranquility, but there are also areas for families.
The sauna area is a nude area. For hygiene reasons, please enter the sauna without swimwear. Persons under the age of 16 are not permitted.
However, children are of course welcome to use our two swimming pools, one indoor and one outdoor, and the panoramic family sauna on the 4th floor (the only sauna that can also be used with swimwear).

In each room, we provide you with a wellness bag containing a bathrobe and sauna towel.
And if you don't have your own slippers with you, just ask at reception.
They will be provided for you at any time.
Pets
Small dogs are allowed, and we charge €20 per day without food.
Please bring a dog basket or blanket with you. However, we ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed in the dining, wellness, and lounge areas.
Please let us know if you plan to bring your pet with you.
The following room categories can be booked with dogs:
Comfort Zimmer, Juniorsuite See- und Alpenrose, Panorama Zimmer und Family Suite Classic.
Garage
Parking spaces are available in our garage or behind our hotel.
Cancellation policy
Free cancellation of your reservation is possible up to one month before your arrival date.
If you have to leave before the end of your stay, we will charge 80% of the remaining stay.
Cancellation policy:
- Cancellation is free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
- For cancellations between 30 and 21 days before arrival, we will retain the deposit.
- In case of cancellation between 21 and 7 days before arrival, we charge 50% of the total amount.
- In case of no-show, late arrival, early departure, or cancellation 7 days before arrival, 80% of the total amount will be charged.
